This Delivery and Return Policy establishes the conditions applicable to purchases made on the TECH ONE GLOBAL e-commerce, under the financial management of MAXIMUS DIST. DE EQUIP. AUTOMOTIVOS LTDA, CNPJ: 34.333.233/0002-09, defining deadlines, responsibilities, and procedures related to the delivery, exchange, and return of products.
Delivery area
MAXIMUS DIST. DE EQUIP. AUTOMOTIVOS LTDA delivers throughout the national territory, through partner carriers and/or contracted logistics services.
The delivery time and shipping cost may vary according to:
– Recipient’s location;
– Weight and dimensions of the product;
– Selected shipping method.
This information will be presented to the customer at the time of checkout.
Order processing time
After payment confirmation, the order will go through an internal process of sorting, checking, and packaging.
The processing time for preparing the order is up to 2 business days, which may vary depending on product availability in stock.
Delivery time
The delivery time informed at the time of purchase begins to count after payment confirmation and shipment of the order.
Deadlines may vary according to:

Order tracking

– Refund of the amount paid;
– Credit for a new purchase;
Shipping costs in returns
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of MAXIMUS DIST. DE EQUIP. AUTOMOTIVOS LTDA in cases of:

In cases of purchase withdrawal, the cost of the return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
