It uses a mixture of gases to light up, and one of them is xenon, which entered the automotive market in 1991, initially through BMW, and was soon adopted by other major automakers. The big difference is the brightness, durability, and intensity!<\/p>\n<p><strong>And are all xenons the same and deliver this quality? The answer is: no!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Making high-quality xenon is a process. In our production line, we pay attention even to the type of glass of the bulb: by producing it with quartz glass, it delivers a light transmittance far superior to ordinary glass, giving you the maximum optimization of the projected light that reaches the asphalt. This is all done in a completely isolated environment, like a laboratory; everything is controlled, dust-free, where the internal components are surgically handled using high-precision tweezers. Another important detail is in the mixture made inside the bulb: although, as I told you, the bulb is named xenon, we mix other gases, such as helium and argon. This helps stabilize the electric arc and intensify the brightness of the light.<\/p>\n<p>Upon finishing production, each bulb is subjected to a specific spectrophotometer and undergoes a rigorous <em>aging<\/em> test (controlled aging), remaining turned on for several days to certify that the durability and the quantity of projected lumens meet the strict standards of TECH ONE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>And which xenon do we manufacture? The original line, for factory replacement!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This one is allowed, meets quality parameters and has European certification, and you can choose to use it in yellow, white, or cool white! Is there a problem?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, and it can put your module at risk! Xenon has a ballast, an igniter, and works with a high-intensity discharge. Its operating frequency is also different from that of LEDs. When switching to LED, you open up a real possibility of generating feedback to your module and, as a bonus, you still leave the headlight in an irregular state.<\/p>\n<p>So I ask you: if your original light is already high performance, is it worth taking these risks? In my view, it&#8217;s not worth it.<\/p>\n<p>What you need to pay attention to is that any type of bulb suffers saturation over time. If your car has an old factory xenon that still turns on but is weak, the system is saturated, even if it still lights up. Replacing the old bulbs with a new quality kit will restore the factory brightness, keep the car in a regular situation, and preserve the system&#8217;s originality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But what if my car has halogen headlights: should I install LED or xenon to see better?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then I definitely prefer the upgrade with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.techone-global.com\/produto\/ultra-led-extreme-cut-code-12-24v\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ULTRA LED<\/a>.
